We want you to be completely satisfied with your FRYE purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unused merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  After selecting your return reason, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
